Roof Trooper, Sales
Roof Troops Roofing LLC · Murfreesboro and Nashville, TN · Full time · 2 openings
Protect the Home. Earn the Trust.
A Roof Trooper is the person homeowners meet first. You’ll run free roof inspections, photograph what you find, explain it in plain language, and write honest estimates that our own crews then build. We’re hiring two Roof Troopers to work across our nine Middle Tennessee counties.
What you’ll do
- Meet homeowners for free roof inspections, with drone and ladder photos and an attic check when it’s accessible
- Explain findings in plain language and write clear estimates that name the shingle line, underlayment, flashing and ventilation
- Tell homeowners when their roof only needs a repair, or nothing at all
- Follow up with homeowners and keep every lead and job updated in our CRM
- Hand off sold jobs to our own crews and stay the homeowner’s point of contact through install day
- Document storm damage accurately. We never negotiate claims or waive deductibles, and neither will you
What we’re looking for
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required. We’ll teach you roofing
- Comfortable on ladders and walking roofs (we train you on safety)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone
- Able to pass a background check
- Honest, on time, and good with people
Pay

Location and schedule
Full time. Based out of our Murfreesboro office (582 Sharondale Dr) and Nashville shop (3004 Ambrose Ave), working across Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Coffee, Bedford, Wilson, Sumner and Warren counties.
