What Happens After You Contact Us
A lot of homeowners have been through the drill: call a roofer, get a vague answer, then wait to find out what it’s actually going to cost. That’s not how we run it. Every job starts with a real inspection, and every quote is in writing before any work starts. We show you photos of what we found, explain what we recommend and why, and we call you before anything changes the price. If you have storm damage and need to file an insurance claim, we help with that process too. The goal is for you to understand your roof’s condition and know exactly what you’re agreeing to before we pick up a tool.
What to expect after you reach out:
We call to confirm your appointment: We lock in a time that works for you, and we show up when we said we would. Your time is yours we don’t leave you guessing about when we’ll arrive.
We inspect the full roof, not a glance: We get up on the roof, check the deck, flashing, valleys, and field shingles, and we take photos of anything that needs attention. Nothing gets missed from the ground.
We walk you through what we found: You see the photos, hear what we recommend, and get an honest read on the condition of your roof. If it needs work, we’ll tell you what and why. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
You get a written quote before we start: The quote covers everything included in the job. Nothing is estimated; nothing gets added later without your approval and a call from us first.
You decide, on your own timeline: There is no pressure to sign anything on the spot. Take the quote home, think it over, and reach out when you’re ready. The estimate costs you nothing.
We don’t give price ranges in advertising because they’re wide enough to be useless. The only number that matters is the one on your written quote, and we provide that free.

How soon can you come out?
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
It’s helpful to have someone there so we can walk you through what we found and answer questions on the spot. If you can’t be there, let us know when you reach out and we’ll work something out.
What if I just have a quick question and don't need a full estimate?

Do you work with insurance claims for storm damage?
Yes. If you have storm damage and need to go through your insurance company, we help with that process from the inspection through the claim documentation. You don’t have to navigate that on your own.
