Roof Troops Roofing is looking for one leader to run the company day to day and grow it like it’s their own. You’ll be the point person for sales, operations and growth, working directly with owner Don Hane, a Navy Combat Veteran. You won’t be building from scratch: you’ll take an established company, roofing Middle Tennessee since 2009 with 4,160+ projects, to its next level.
What you’ll do
- Sell residential and commercial roofing, and personally handle our biggest opportunities
- Run daily operations: crew schedules, materials, quality checks and customer communication
- Own the numbers: revenue, gross margin, job costing and collections
- Protect our reputation: honest inspections, five-star service and warranty calls handled right
- Hire and train Roof Trooper sales reps as we grow
- Meet with Don weekly on a simple scorecard
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in roofing, exteriors or construction sales, or military leadership experience and a track record of results
- Experience leading a team and holding people to a standard
- Able to read a P&L and job-cost a roof, or learn it fast
- Tells customers the truth, even when it costs a sale
- Lives in, or will move to, Middle Tennessee
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and able to pass a background check
Pay
Competitive base salary plus performance pay, with a path to a partner stake earned over time.
Location and schedule
Full time. Based out of our Murfreesboro office (582 Sharondale Dr) and Nashville shop (3004 Ambrose Ave), working across Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Coffee, Bedford, Wilson, Sumner and Warren counties.
